Ward Operations is a specialist high-voltage cable jointing and cable nitrogen purging company that has been servicing the Central Queensland Mining and Heavy industrial areas for more than a quarter of a century.
The company first started as Contract Power Terminations back in 1989 but had a name change in 1991 to the current title of Ward Operations. The business has grown in many ways, now with a modern fully compliant fleet of vehicles and trucks, as well as an increased staff size ranging from administration staff to qualified Paper Lead Jointers certified to 132kv with ABB, Raychem and Siemens products.
Ward Operations had the pleasure of exhibiting its range of services and the newest addition to its capabilities of cable nitrogen purging at Mining Electrical Safety Conference in Brisbane and also the well-known QME Exhibit at Mackay showgrounds.
