The two sides will give full play to their respective strengths and carry out substantial cooperation in Internet plus, intelligent manufacturing, petroleum equipment and services, and petrochemical products supply.
CNPC Chairman Wang Yilin and CASIC Chairman Gao Hongwei had a meeting before the signing ceremony, and witnessed the inking of the document by CNPC President Zhang Jianhua and CASIC President Li Yue on behalf of the two sides.
In February 2015, a strategic cooperation framework agreement was inked between CNPC and CASIC. Since then, the two companies have maintained favorable cooperative relationship in technological innovation, equipment manufacturing, and information technology.
