KBR To Provide Integrated Field Management Services in Iraq

KBR announced on February 23, 2026, that it has gotten a major contract from Basra Oil Company – BOC in order to offer Integrated Field Management Services – IFMS for the massive Majnoon Oil Field, which is located in southern Iraq. This field is one of the largest oil fields in the world, having estimated reserves of more than 38 billion barrels.

According to the Integrated Field Management Services contract, KBR will offer complete upstream engineering and project as well as operations management along with maintenance services in order to elevate crude production, make the field facilities more modern, and also execute advanced AI along with digital technologies in order to make utmost use of reservoir performance, and that too in a safe and sustainable manner.
